Prolifics' Vice President of Business Development Named to CRN'S Women of the Channel Power 50 Solution Providers

CALABASAS, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/03/14 -- Prolifics, a technology solutions provider that implements customized end-to-end solutions, today announces that that Kirsten Craft, Vice President of Business Development has been named to the CRN 2014 Women of the Channel list, and has been recognized as one of this year's inaugural Power 50 Solution Providers. The annual Women of the Channel list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution, and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the IT channel. The Power 50 honors an elite subset of female executives at solution provider organizations who are extending their respective company's sphere of influence as trusted advisers.

Under Kirsten's leadership, Business Development has enabled the Prolifics' sales force to quickly generate new pipeline for two recent acquisition areas, and has increased their software resell revenue by 40% year over year. By listening to client needs, she has found new ways to leverage Prolifics core strengths by creating offerings that combine the skills of multiple practices and disciplines. She has also helped Prolifics to evolve their internal processes to improve visibility of sales forecasting and to implement stronger growth go-to-market plans for new initiatives.

"We are seeing a steady increase in the number of female executives making their mark in the solution provider community," said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. "The new Power 50 list shines a spotlight on both their contributions as individuals and the importance of the solution provider role in the success of their clients. We congratulate the Women of the Channel, and look forward to their continued success."

"Kirsten's great leadership qualities enabled her to have an immediate impact on Prolifics' business. She understands our clients' needs and is able to formulate effective strategies/offerings and then lead by example in their execution. This is a very unique set of skills," states Mike Chadwick, Prolifics' Executive Vice President of Business Development. "I consider Prolifics very fortunate to have Kirsten on our Executive Team."

The Women of the Channel will be featured in the June issue of CRN magazine and online at
